Report spam or a fake message

Got something claiming to be us? Send it here.

Carriers get hit with fake filing notices, fake permit renewals, and fake “your IFTA return failed” texts constantly. If one used our name, we want it — we report the sender and warn everyone else.

What did you get?

Nothing is required except the message itself. More detail helps, but send what you have.

We use this only to investigate and warn people. It never becomes a marketing list — see the privacy policy.

Things IFTABuddy will never do

If a message does any of these, it isn't us.

Ask for your password, or for a code we texted you.
Demand payment by wire, gift card, Zelle, or crypto.
Threaten to suspend your authority or your IFTA license. We can't, and neither can a stranger with a link.
Write from anything but @iftabuddy.com. Look closely: hyphens and extra words are the tell.
Also worth reporting to

Sending it to us helps other carriers. Sending it to these helps shut the sender down.

FTCreportfraud.ftc.gov, for any scam aimed at your business.
FMCSAif it impersonates a federal registration or UCR notice.
Your base stateif it claims to be your IFTA licensing office.
Just tired of our email?

That's not spam, that's our fault — and it's one tap to fix on the email settings page. If you never signed up at all, say so there and we'll pull the address entirely.
